RECEPTIONIST
Job Summary:
- The Receptionist will be responsible for greeting and directing visitors at Company facility while maintaining a high level of customer service within the reception area.
Job Description:
- The Receptionist will perform among others the following scope of works:
- Greet visitors, manage overnight delivery packages, coordinate external and in-house mail deliveries
- Manage switchboard console, answer calls, direct callers, provide assistance and record telephone messages
- Provide administrative support
- Coordinate company functions, reservations and maintain meeting rooms schedules
- Maintain the inventory of office supplies, telephone extension and office calendar of events
- Assist other employees with special tasks that may arise from time to time, as directed.
- Requirement:
- Minimum 2 years relevance experience
- Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel and Power Point
- Reliable, organized and possess multi-tasking abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Minimum Diploma (or equivalent) in related fields
- High proficiency in written and spoken English is a must

Qualifications:
