General Manager (GM)
Qualifications:
- Male, with age between 35 – 45 years old
- Minimum S2 Management or any disciplines
- Experience as General Manager min. 5 years
- Have knowing about system management, improvement management, 5S, and cost reduction
- Able to make management development
- Have good leadership skills, like couching and counseling
- Able to work effectively, both independently and in a team
- Have a good effective communication, negotiation and presentation skills
- Fluent in English both oral and written are an advantage
- Able to work under pressure
