We are seeking a Business Suite Systems Analyst with Business Suite Project Management, configuration and implementation expertise. The ideal candidate must have excellent functional knowledge of Business, and would have managed multiple implementations from both the Business, and IT side.
BUSINESS SUITE SYSTEM ANALYST
Responsibilities:
- Lead the Business Suite implementation across all functional groups (Finance, Accounting, Sales, Marketing, eCommerce, Fulfillment, etc.) coordinate with IT, and Business Suite Consultants for the successful implementation of the core modules.
- Use project management expertise to ensure task completion and deadlines are met.
- Analyze business problems to be solved with automated systems, and lead the execution of projects to successful completion.
- Provides business and technical expertise in identifying, evaluating and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective, increase efficiency and meets business and user requirements.
- Provides consultation to functional users in the area of automated systems, and leads cross-functional teams to address business/systems issues and projects.
- Roll out training of users.
- Presales demo setup and functional consultation
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferably in Management Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Accounting, or Business.
- 1 - 2 years of working experience in similar position.
- Strong Project Management and Business Analytic background.
- Fast learner, attention to details and good team player.
- Good English proficiency.
- Strong communication, presentation, and writing skills.
- Strong change management expertise.
- Strong stakeholder management experience.
- Knowledge in Accounting / ERP / MRP / HRMS / CRM System is considered a plus.
