SOFTWARE SOLUTION SALES – ACCOUNT MANAGER
Job Description :
- Source, identify and profile customers
- Approach customers following a solutions selling methodology
- Provide company profile and product demonstrations for HR and ERP software
- Perform pra-implementation consulting, scoping, cost analysis and project planning at prospective customers
- Perform negotiations for sales within company guidelines
- Follow up on customer business requirements during post implementation
- Provide product knowledge training to other sales staff, partners and distributors
Requirements :
- Fluency in oral and written communication in both English and Indonesian
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- At least 2 years experience in the HR and ERP software industry
- Bachelor degree in Business, Management, Economy, or Information System related specialty with min GPA 2,75 (scale of 4)
- Good understanding of financial and enterprise-scale business software
This position will be home based in Jakarta, the candidates should be willing to travel.

Job Descriptions :
- Owns the outsourcing deliverables and is responsible for day-to-day outsourcing management
- Should define the outsourcing strategy ; preparation and maintenance of the service scope adjustment, reward and penalty execution, contract negotiation and/or extension
- Should obtain, assignment and ongoing management of outsourcing resources
- Should communicate Annual Performace Review to client and outsourcing team
- Should streamline the issue resolution outsourcing
- Must proactively anticipate deliverable deviationsand be responsible for taking immediate corrective action
- Must be able to participate in define SLA
Qualifications :
- Minimal requirements
- Have a Bachelor's degree in information technology or related field
- Have 5+ years experience in information technology including IT administrative management
- Knowledge skills, and abilities
- Have knowledge of state-of-the-art technology, equipment, and/or systems
- Have knowledge of organizational structures, workflow, and operating procedures in a technology environment
- Have skill in examining and reengineering process, formulating policy, and developing and implementing new strategies
- Have skill in systems integration
- Have skill in budget preparation and financial management
- Demonstrated ability to identify and secure alternative funding/revenue sources
- Demonstrated ability to direct and develop technical and administrative staff
- Demonstrated ability to evaluate technology proposals : from technical, financial and intergration perspectives

IT Manager
Responsibilities:
- Perform research and identify IT solutions to address business needs
- Prepare business cases and project proposals
- manage the full delivery of multiple projects on time and within budget
- Monitor external service provider's contracts; manage vendor relationships; engage in negotiations and troubleshooting communication with IT vendors
- Develop, communicate and implement IT policies & procedure
- Assist in the implementation of IT systems as required involving project planning, provide suitable platform, unit testing, live rollouts
- Provide immediate solution to any problem or alternatively suggeting interim solution if problem requires detailed examination
- Work with HQ IT Team for any ad-hoc project, incident handling
- Requirements:
- Degree Holder in Information Technology / Computer Science
- Minimum 8 years IT experience including managing a company IT network
- Hands-on technical capability to identify issues and problems, recommend solutions and implement changes and update
- Hands-on in project management, IT budgeting and cost control
- Hands-on experience in Juniper Firewall, Windows, Linux, AD, Network Monitoring tools
- Excellent leadership, strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong analytical mind and strategic thinking
- Customer-oriented, can work independently and leading multiple projects
- Fluent in English
