QUALIFICATIONS:
Male, Max: 45 years old
3 years working experience in Hospitality (related field)
Have a strong capability in leadership and communication skill in the kitchen
Must have a strong knowledge of stock control, food control and food tasting (Quality Control)
Have a strong knowledge in SOP
Able to operate computer
Detail oriented, discipline, honest, committed and able to work under pressure
Knowledge of F&B will be an advantage
Willing to join immediately
