PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR
Job Contents:
• Lead and coordinate line workers to implement & achieve safety indicator, product quality, production target, efficiency, and productivity.
• Organize and plan production activities to achieve weekly production plan and target.
• Monitor and improve performance of production for finish good target.
• Ensure production compliance with GMP / Quality / Safety standards set by the company.
• Monitor & control FG / RMPM / WIP in the production area
• Check & report FG produced with consumption of RMPM in each shift
• Maintaining stock cards for all RMPM available in the production area
• Having strong team handling skills in the shop floor
• Good communication skills to interact with Engineering / QC / Safety & Warehouse for smooth operation of the plant
Job Requirements:
• Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) from Engineering.
• Major in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial or Chemical Engineering, with GPA > 2.8
• Having minimum 2 years experience as Production Supervisor in cosmetic, food, soap or pharmaceutical industry preferable.
• Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
• Prior experience in GMP working environment prefered.
• Good command in English is a must, both written & spoken.
• Good computer literate.
• Experience in 5S Implementation
• Having competency in achieving result, supervisory skill, communication skill, and manage complexity.
• Willing to work in Cileungsi.
• Willing to work in shift schedule.
• Having high ownership and responbsibility to the job.
• Can Do attitude.
