Requirements:
• Male/female, max. 25 years old (TSO)
• Bachelor/diploma in hotel or related discipline
• Min. 1 years experience in hospitality (TSO)
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Computer literacy is a must
• Excellent commercial awareness and customer focus
• Strong initiative, planning, leadership and self motivation
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

BUILDING MANAGER
The ideal candidate profile :
- Male/Female age between 33 – 40 years old
- Bachelor degree from any discipline, with experiences 4 – 5 years as Building Manager or Property Manager, Facility Manager, Tenant Relations Manager, in 5 star Building
- Familiar : Handling client complain, Finance report, Invoicing Control, billing telephone report , pantry supply, etc.
- Familiar Maintain Office Facility : Conditioning Operating System, Data Center Electricity such; UPS, Panel, ATS, Cooling Tower, Health & Safety Management, Building Contract and Parking, etc
- Able to make client Facility Monthly report in English
- Having excellent ability to monitor all properties
- Having a strong leadership, managerial skill, excellent interpersonal skill, computer skill and good communication skill in English.
- Positive attitude, outgoing, energetic, responsible, fast learner, independent, Target oriented and able to work in team oriented environment.
- Must be available to work long hours/working on the weekend/holiday.
