RECEPTIONIST (Code : REP)
Responsibilities:
• Maintain and upkeep of the reception area and the visitors receiving area
• Handling of telephone calls
• Receiving, sending of mail and courier
• Greet visitors, arrange for beverages to be offered and direct visitors to the appropriate personnel
• For VIP guests, to accompany them personally to the meeting rooms/venues
• Keep track of daily meeting room schedules
Requirements:
• Female minimum D3 in any major
• Outgoings performance
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa
• Age not more than 27 years old
• Have at least 1 years relevant experience
• Fresh graduated are welcome
