RESTAURANT OPERATION MANAGER
- Male, max 35 years old.
- Minimum Diploma/D3 majoring in Hotel/Tourism
- Having a home town in Central Java would be an advance.
- Minimum Experience 2 years in position as a Restaurant Manager
- Familiar with F & B costing, controllable expenses and budgeting.
- Experience in opening new restaurant.
- Having an excellent knowledge of all areas in restaurant including a very good knowledge about product of Food & Beverage
- An out-going, hands-on, dynamic, professional leader with excellent communication skills
- Having strong leadership, problem solving, decision making skills
- Having computer literate, ability in written and spoken English
- Well organized, honest, hard worker and high dedicated to the job
- Able to handle pressure and multi task
- Willing to work long hours in a high pressure
- Willing to work on Sundays and public holidays
