TECHNICAL SALES MANAGER (Indonesia)
Main responsibilities:
- Sales of ion exchange resin and membrane for Indonesia market
- Project development and customer support
- Management of OEM, dealer accounts
- Technical presentations at customer sites, in seminars and at conferences
- Commissioning at site
- Reporting of market and business development
- Implementation of marketing plans
Requirements:
- Minimum Degree in Science or Engineering discipline
- At least 3 years of technical sales experiences in Indonesia market
- A good practical knowledge of ion exchange, and/or absorbers, and/or membrane technologies in water treatment, chemical processing, food and beverage processing, or related industries
- Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia would be necessary
- A high frequency of traveling can be expected
- Position will be based in Indonesia

Sales Manager for OEM and Industrial segment
Location: Jakarta, Balikpapan, Medan
Your Tasks:
- Implement pricing alignment in the region (Distribution, MRO, others)
- Develop pricing level to reinforce brand image
- Acquisition of new markets/customers
- Implementation of the regional/national targets
- Acquisition of new customers
- Involve in the specification of the marketing strategy/sales promotion
- Align segment management specific activities within Asia/Pacific
Your Profile:
- Qualified engineer with a degree in Mechanical or equivalent training with 3-4 years of professional experience in machine design, rotary machineries.
- Preference will be given to those with experience in Pulp & Paper, Mining or Steel industry
- Knowledge of field sales, operational procedures
- Extensive applications, damage analysis experience
- Those with SAP knowledge , knowledge of system landscape will be preferred
- Ability to manage complex matters, conflict management, logical thinking, analytical, problem-solving skills
- Good spoken and written English and other language(s) will be an advantage
