Job Description
• Merencanakan, mengembangkan dan mengendalikan departemen logistic, legal dan SDM guna memberikan informasi secara komprehensif dan tepat waktu untuk membantu management perusahaan dalam proses pengambilan keputusan guna mendukung pencapaian target grup perusahaan.

Job Requirement
• Pendidikan formal minimal S2 Universitas terkemuka
• Berpengalaman min. 20 tahun dibidang Kelapa Sawit dan 5 tahun sebagai Direktur Umum
• Memiliki pemahaman yang luas diindustri perkebunan sawit
• Mempunyai relasi dengan para stake holders
• Mampu berbahasa Inggris lisan maupun tulisan
• Memiliki loyalitas, dedikasi, kejujuran dan jiwa kepemimpinan yang tinggi
• Usia max. 55 tahun
• Pengalaman dalam Bidang Personalia / HRD
- Berpengalaman kelola karyawan di remote area dan tenaga kerja lapangan/buruh > 3000 orang
-  Berpengalaman membangun Corporate Culture, Team Work, dan KPI (Key Performance Indicator)
• Pengalaman dalam Bidang Legal
- Berpengalaman membangun divisi legal dalam perusahaan agar mempunyai kemampuan yang cukup dalam memenuhi kebutuhan Perusahaan dari segi legal advice, legal corporate document, legal drafting dan negosiasi serta legal proceeding jika dibutuhkan
- Berpengalaman membangun hubungan dengan instansi dan institusi hukum terkait dengan kebutuhan Perusahaan baik untuk pencegahan, maupun untuk penyelesaian bila terdapat masalah
• Pengalaman dalam Bidang Procurement
Melaksanakan pembelian barang, peralatan dan jasa sesuai kebutuhan Perusahaan pada waktu, jumlah, kualitas dan harga yang kompetitif
Mengawasi ketersediaan barang/peralatan yang dibutuhkan baik dalam jumlah maupun kualitas yang sesuai kebutuhan (secara berkala melakukan stock opname)
Mampu membangun networking dan komunikasi dengan mitra kerja agar perusahaan selalu mendapat informasi yang up date dan akurat tentang produk-produk atau barang/peralatan dan teknologi baru terkait yang available

Fluidic Energy Indonesia, a subsidiary of Arizona (United States), based Fluidic Energy, is seeking a General Manager to manage and develop our finance and accounting team, and to be part of our rapidly growing team in Indonesia. The position will be based at our facility located in Bogor.
General Manager, Finance

Job Description:
• We are seeking a General Manager level leader capable of building and leading a finance organization within an emerging green-technology company. The ideal candidate is eager to assume responsibility for maintaining the integrity and control of the organization’s financial books and records, while able to contribute high-level and strategic thinking and sound judgment to the executive management team.
• This person will work with the President Director to proactively implement robust, effective and efficient financial operational processes. This position requires participation in planning for and achieving sustained growth and profitability by providing financial advice, product and customer profitability analysis, monitoring of job costs, compliance, contract negotiation and other actions as required. Absolute fluency in English is an absolute must have, as well as solid understanding of internationally recognized accounting practices. You also have the desire to eventually lead the entire consolidated finance organization across Southeast Asia.

Responsibilities:
• Assess organizational performance against both the annual budget and company’s short and long-term strategy.
• Develop tools and systems to provide critical financial and operational information to executives and make actionable recommendations on both strategy and operations.
• Oversee long-term budgetary planning and cost management.
• Develop and maintain regular financial planning reports according to monthly/quarterly/annual calendar.
• Complete analysis of financial results; develop recommendations.
• Develop and maintain capital budget.
• Manage revenue forecasting by working closely with Sales.
• Oversee cash flow planning and ensure availability of funds as needed, investment and asset management including banking relationships.
• Develop financial business plans and forecasts along with process for doing so.
• Participate in corporate policy development as a member of the senior leadership team.
• Implement and enhance financial and accounting systems, processes and control procedures.
• Preparation of month-end, quarter-end and year-end financial statements.
• Review all month-end closing activities including general ledger maintenance, balance sheet reconciliations and corporate/overhead cost allocation.
• Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable management.
• Responsible for coordinating proper filing of tax returns.
• Ensure legal and regulatory compliance regarding all financial functions.
• Remain current on best practices of international and local tax law.

Qualifications:
• Business Administration degree with minimum 5+ years of relevant working experience in a combination of roles spanning accounting and control, financial reporting and financial planning & analysis.
• Be hands-on with projects and issues, as well as able to lead and manage in a fast-paced, rapidly growing environment.
• Experience in scaling the “back-office” of a fast-growing company.
• Creativity and tenacity in analysis and problem solving.
• Ability to work independently with a full sense of ownership of the work product at all times.
• Ability to contribute high-level thinking and sound judgment to executive team.
• Ability to anticipate change management issues and manage towards desired outcome.
• Capable of setting direction and motivating team.
• Strong systems background and experience from various international system packages
• Must exhibit strong integrity.
• Demonstrated leadership ability, team management, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent analytical and abstract reasoning skills, plus excellent organization skills.
• Must be fluent in English and have strong written and oral communication skills.
