Karya Harmoni Indonesia is a member of the Kaha Group, which includes Kaha Tours & Travel, one of Indonesia's largest tour & travel agents with a network of more than 60 retail travel agents and 700employees across Indonesia. Karya Harmoni Indonesia is responsible for developing Kaha Group's e-commerce and its first product is GoIndonesia.com, Indonesia’s first real online travel agent and destination guide, where travel related products such as hotels, tours & transport can be booked and paid online.
GoIndonesia strives to become a new Indonesian power-brand and the leading e-commerce site for the Indonesian travel market, aiming for the highest quality standards.
We are now looking for a Junior Web Designer, to develop and deliver GoIndonesia’s online brand objectives.
Web Designer Junior

Responsibilities:
• Maintenance to company product’s website
• Design websites and ensure that they are visually effective, user-centered and easy to access;
• Writing web pages in a combination of codes such as HTML and CSS
• Design and develop website content by using graphic tools
• You communicate closely with colleagues who provide input and guidance on online customer behavior and needs and apply this into the design
• Testing websites for functionality in different browsers and at different resolutions;
• Upload the websites on to the Internet

Qualifications:
• Minimum 2 year experience in a similar position
• Skills and experience in graphic design and other techniques in developing web applications from scratch;
• Strong communicational skills
• Hard working, independent, and highly committed
• You have good overall knowledge of designing and building web media
• In depth knowledge of current user-centered web design trends and techniques
• Attention to details
• Feel for modern, original, and professional designs in terms of look-and-feel and usability
• Self-motivated as well as a good open-minded team player
• Good time management: able to deliver on time
• Good command of English, spoken and written
• Excellent knowledge and experience with HTML / CSS3
• Excellent knowledge and experience with Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator
• Skills and experience creating and designing mock-up pages under GUI concept
• Skills and experience converting mock-up pages to HTML format
• A good portfolio of previous work is required.
• Previous experience with e commerce and / or the hotel or hospitality industry is a plus
