Application Engineer
Location : Indonesia
Job Summary
- The incumbent will provide pre-sales and technical support for the development, application and installation of products to meet customer requirements and specifications.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide pre-sales and technical support to customers and distributors; Review of project specification, valve / material selection and actuator sizing; Determine customer requirements and expectations in order to recommend specific products and solutions Respond and provide information on product range, prices and generate quotations in accordance with specifications/customer requirements. Recommend alternate products based on cost, availability or specifications Order review and clarifications Update of quote status in the SAP system
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical /Chemical Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 1 - 2 years experience of relevant work experience
- Candidates with prior work experience in Flow Control Industry will be highly considered
- Familiarity with SAP system will be an added advantage
- Fresh graduates with strong technical knowledge may also be considered
Ability to work in a fast pace environment, multi-task and a strong team player
