OPERATION MANAGER
Requirement:
- Min Diploma from reputable university in any discipline or Military background
- Ret. TNI and/or Police with minimum Mayor/Captain OR active with valid working permit from their base
- Preferable coming from TNI/Police with security project experience
- Good command of written and spoken English and Bahasa
- At least 3 years working experience in leading projects or site (± 50 personnel)
- Computer literacy (MS. Office)
- Understand concept of service with complaint solver
- Expertise and well understand to supervise group of people
- Strong in leading and motivating people
- Holding valid driving license A
- Sounds of understanding re labor law (not a must but an advantage)
- Willing to relocate to the site area
- Sounds of understanding for basic HSE concept
- Able to show community approach concept
- Can join Immediately
