Mill Manager [MM]
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Chemical Engineering
- At least 5 years of working experience in management level in the PALM OIL INDUSTRY is a must
- Having a good English both spoken and written. Strong leadership and computer skills
- Willing to be placed at Sampit, Cental Kalimantan
Responsibilities:
- Able to develop new process techniques and procedures in order to maximize the production of CPO, palm kernel and oil extraction rates
- Able to prepare the budget for mill operations, ensure that the actual expenses are within the approved budget limit, reporting variance and initiate corrective actions for the variance noted
- Able to manage the entire mill operations in an effective and efficient manner while ensuring that the optimum level of productivity is achieved
- Able to monitor the product quality and adoption of latest technology for improving the quality and the oil extraction ratio

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for effective and fast recruitment processes both internally and externally
- Work closely with assigned business HRMS (Human Resource Management System) to deliver recruitment needs
- Active use of assessment tools: DISC, MBTI, 16 PF, PAPI Kostick etc
- Execute pre-screening and/or final phone/face interviews for junior & mid level post & support all parties in concern with assessment
- Proactive coordination with departments for interviews
- Support HRMS with weekly update on recruitment progress
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree of Master Degree in Psychology is a must
- At least 4 - 5 years of working experience in managerial level in the palm oil industry is preferred
- Required skills: DISC, PAPI Kostick, MBTI
- Computer literacy (Ms. Office) is required
- Must have a good command in English both spoken and written

- Minimum 6 - 7 years of experiences in JDE Enterprise One, SAP or other leading ERP Implementation cycle experiences is required.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual skills.
- Excellent oral and written communications in English; an ability to present and discuss technical information in a way that establishes rapport, persuades others, and gains understanding.
- Experience in other Oracle products such as E-Business Suite, Hyperion, OBIEE, etc. will be an added advantage
Responsibilities:
