PT.NIPPON SHOKUBAI INDONESIA .Our company is the first foreign petrochemical company in South East Asia to produce Acrylic Acid & Acrylic Esters. We are inviting dynamics, dedicated and qualified professionals to fill the following position as:
INDUSTRIAL RELATION,TRAINING & RECRUITMENT SUPERVISOR
Requirements :
- Male. Age 30~35 years old
- University Graduated in Law or Psychology discipline.
- 4~6 years experienced in related Training Management, Internal Trainer ability, Recruitment Management.
- Industrial relation and handling Labour Union matter.
- Good understanding of Indonesian Manpower Regulation
- Familiar with ISO : QMS 9001, EMS 14001.
- Have a Good personality, leadership and assertive communication.
- Hard worker, honest and discipline.
- Ability to operate personal computer and fluent in English both Written and Oral.
- Willing to be interviewed and work in Cilegon – Banten
