The services include the network management service, RF optimization services of GSM/WCDMA/CDMA/EVDO network, RF engineering implementation services of IBC system& Macro-cellular system. We need high qualified professional to join our team as:
RNP Survey Coordinator / Survey Team Leader
(Urgently Required / Jabotabek area).

Responsibilities

• Development and issue of the RF Planning site survey strategy
• Responsible for document control during RF survey activities
• Arrangement and Coordination with Survey Teams.
• Management of documents and update of daily/weekly/monthly progress report.
• Project Location ( Jabodetabek )
• Development of KPI metrics to ensure compliance with the contractual requirements

Requirement :

• Minimum 2 years experience in RF planning site survey
• Can collect all data according to the project requirement and follow the project schedule to finish the survey on time.
• Finish the report according to the project requirement.
• D3 degree or above in Telecommunications or related field of study
• Hands-on experience in the areas and tools of radio network planning and optimization
• Able to work well in a fast-paced changing environment
• Good at commucation with other team and also can work individual
•  Proficient in English both oral and written
