Guna mengerjakan proyek-proyek yang sedang berjalan, saat ini kami membutuhkan tenaga profesional untuk posisi :
Architect (Code: AR)
Tanggung jawab:
- Mampu mengelola dan mengkoordinasi kegiatan gambar kerja.
- Mampu membuat perencanaan dan design precast façade kedalam bentuk arsitektural.
- Mampu mengkomunikasikan design precast (beton pracetak) dengan klien.
- Memantau perkembangan proyek-proyek yang dikerjakan
- Mempunyai pengetahuan tentang estimator.
Kualifikasi:
- Pria / Wanita, umur maks. 35 tahun
- Lulusan S1 Arsitek (Universitas ternama lebih diutamakan).
- Memiliki pengetahuan dan pengalaman dibidang Precast Concrete.
- Menguasai Auto Cad 2D & 3D, MS-Office.
- Mampu bekerja dibawah tekanan.
- Memiliki integritas & komitmen yang baik
- Memiliki kepribadian baik dan jujur

A/R Accounting Staff/Account Receivable
(Location : BEKASI)
Responsibility:
- Cut sales invoice based on progress of precast supply and installation.
- Monitor invoice payment and reconcile invoice with bank statement.
- Handle taxes related to sales invoice (income tax art 4, 23, and PPN).
- Monitor and follow up DSO for timely collection.
- Prepare A/R reports (DSO, Collection, and outstanding A/R).
- Prepare Bank Guarantee or Surety Bond for project.
- Journalize A/R transaction and posting to GL.
- Qualification:
- Attention to detail.
- D3 / S1 Accounting, fresh graduate is encouraged to apply.
- Having experience will be advantage.
- Willing to be placed in Pondok Ungu, Bekasi.
- Having positive attitude.
- Strong in Microsoft Excel and willing to learn new system.
- Hard working, able to work under pressure.
- A team-work player.

"Site Supervisor"
Site Supervisor position is a full-time, on-site position, responsible for overseeing all phases of our project precast concrete installation. The qualifying individual will be part of the project team and will coordinate & report to the Site Manager.
Site Supervisor
Responsibility:
- Carry out & supervise day-to-day PT. Griyaton Indonesia Project activities to support the Site Manager.
- Give supervise to sub-contractor for precast panel installation process.
Requirements:
- Male, maximum 35 years old, trust worthy and good interpersonal & negotiation Skill.
- Minimum education Sr. High Scholl degree in Civil (bachelor degree is an advantage).
- Has experience 2 (two) years in pre-cast concrete & facade installation at High-rise Building is a must.
- Has experience as Surveyor is an advantage.
- Able to read plans; familiar with standard building code and practices.
- Able to prioritize work assignments.
- Desire to learn and succeed.
- Proven ability to initiate and manage multiple, simultaneous priorities.
- Flexibility and adaptability.
- Commitment to quality.
- Strong leadership/management skills.
