Job scope
- You will be base in Makasar of Indonesia from where you will develop, manage and grow the business in East of Indonesia region (Makasar area including Kendari).
- Main responsibility is to drive and manage sales activities of Lippo Karawaci Township of Tanjung Bunga, Center Director of GTC and oversees the other operations, such as Siloam hospital, school and serves as group LKPR representative in the region.
Qualifications:
- 5- 10 years of working experience in sales of residential properties with strong sales track record
- Direct hands on experience in handling East of Indonesia markets for any township/project management will be advantageous
- Must have good experience in P&L, accountability for the areas assigned
- Must be resourceful and possess competitive drive with strong work ethic
- Possess excellent interpersonal and communications skills.
- Fluent in English

Requirements
- Man max 35 years old
- Min. Bachelor Degree Electro / Civil Engineering
- Able to work under pressure.
- High loyalty, good leadership skill.
- Willing to travel between city in Jakarta ( Kemang Village & St. Moritz)
- Preferably live around West or South Jakarta
- Have own vehicle (motorcycle)

Job Description
- Handle emergency call (24 hours)
- Survey / Check Customer’s complaints
- Making volume estimation from field survey
- Making list of requisition based on project necessity
- Supervise all of the work with a good quality and finished on time.
- Making daily progress report to Head of Unit
- Liaise with tenant and admin staff.

Membuat laporan akuntansi (meliputi : jurnal, pertambahan revenue dan biaya, perhitungan penyusutan, AP Aging), membuat laporan bulanan, Posting dan cek voucher pembayaran (AP), menghitung dan membuat jurnal bunga deposito setiap bulan.
Kualifikasi :
- Min. S-1 Akuntansi
- Pengalaman min. 3 tahun sebagai Accounting Officer
- Menguasai MS Office, terutama Excell
- Untuk penempatan Jabodetabek
