Logistic/ Operation Admin Assistant
Position required for the following area:
Jakarta
Pre-requisites:
- Female with Degree holder
- Minimum two year experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Able to operate SAP stock module is a must
- Knowledge of stock management is a must
- Fast Learner
- Proactive, Meticulous, team player and independent
- Positive and good working attitude
- Dedicated and responsible
- Good command of English (spoken and written)
- Good analytical thinking
- Willing to work long hours
The Scope:
- Liaise with customer to follow up customer order closely
- Liaise with sales team closely
- Arranging just in time delivery
- Issue documentation such as Delivery Order, Return, Invoice, Credit Note and Faktur Pajak
- Checking and analyze stock and sales reports
- Administration and document filling
- Preparing export documentation
- Liaise with local distributor
- Checking and analyze stock and sales report
- Stock/ inventory monitoring

Service Engineer
Position required for the following area:
Jakarta
Job Description:
- Troubleshooting existing customer’s installation base
- Conduct installation and commissioning to newly acquired customer
- Provide training to hospital engineer on equipment daily maintenance activity
- Provide periodical preventive maintenance support according to predestined schedule
Job Requirements:
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Major in electronics engineering or electro medic background
- Minimum 2 years of experience in dealing with medical equipment maintenance and troubleshooting
- Radiation Protection license is an added value
- Team Player and willing to travel extensively
- Pleasant personality, with willingness to help customers in overcoming problems.
- Possess own vehicle (minimum Motorbike)

Pre-requisites:
- Degree or Diploma holder in nursing preferred, Fresh graduates are welcome
- Candidates who have Nurse/Pharmacy/ Biology Molecular background
- Must be able to speak and write fluent English
- Age 26 and below
- Good interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS office
- Young, energetic & committed with good working attitude
- Able to work in a fast pace environment with minimum supervision
- The Scope:
- Providing clinical support & trouble-shooting of medical equipment to customers
- Assist users to become familiarized with usage of the medical equipment
- Conduct training sessions, perform on-site and on-the-job training on the company’s products to health professionals in hospitals
- Monitor the progress of on-site training activities to ensure training objectives are being achieved
- Organize and execute a wide range of on-site training activities and liaise with multidisciplinary teams
